Bad free Wi-Fi.

Apartamento Lula provided free WiFi, so I could spend my time avoiding social interaction while updating my Instagram feed. How thoughtful!

I absolutely loved the tiny, uncomfortable bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud made of rocks.

bed was comfortable and there were a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room. check-in was easy.

The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver during our stay. We felt like master chefs with the fridge and coffee machine at our disposal. And the best part? It even had free toiletries in the bathroom, making us feel like we were in a luxury spa!

Noise from the nearby shops/restaurants.

Stayed at a place with a "charming" patio and "free" WiFi. It was like being in a fancy prison yard. No better way to spend my vacation!

Such a shame that the prison yard atmosphere couldn't be improved by anything else, like comfortable beds or a working TV. Oh well!

This apartment is conveniently located near shops and the train station. Guests can easily access nearby amenities and transportation options. the apartment itself is spacious and well, equipped, with a comfortable bed and a modern kitchen. the cleanliness of the rooms is a notable advantage.

The check, in process could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulties with key pick, up and unclear instructions on how to access the apartment.

I stayed at Apartamento Lula for a few days while visiting Santiago. The location was convenient, with a garage nearby and the center of the city just a short walk away. The apartment also had some kids toys, which was a nice touch. it was a great place to stay for a good price.

I recently stayed at Apartamento Lula and it was just what I needed for my stay in Santiago. The apartment was spacious and modern, and the main bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom were all comfortable and stylish. The elevator was also convenient, especially for my elderly mother who traveled with us. Plus, the location was perfect for shopping, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. And I appreciated the two working heaters for those chilly winter nights.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The entire flat with 2 bedrooms was super clean and had jaw-dropping facilities for such a great price. The communication with the staff was excellent, both via phone and in person. The location was superb, with a supermarket close by and an easy walk to the cathedral without all the crowds. Plus, the entry was easy to find next to the pharmacy. The apartment was well-equipped and nicely furnished, with an electric kettle and cookware/kitchen utensils available. The key pick-up was a breeze, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful. The place was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find towels, shower gel, and soap provided. The beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient near the train/bus station and an easy walk to the old town. We also loved that there were no additional fees and that we could contact the owner on WhatsApp in English. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a flat-screen TV and a lift in the building. It was also great that no pets were allowed and there was no smoking on site. our stay here was absolutely fantastic and offered incredible value - we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
